How long is the access code valid?
The access code is valid for 5 days from the moment it’s activated.
If you don’t use it right away, you can start anytime before the end of the current calendar year.
Do I need to install an app?
Nope, you don’t need to install anything!
The game runs directly in your smartphone’s browser – no account setup required. Just enter the access code and you’re ready to start exploring!
What do I need to play?
The most important thing is a desire for fun exploration! The routes are easy-going and don’t require special fitness, but comfortable shoes will definitely come in handy. You’ll need a charged smartphone with internet access (it works on both Android and iPhone).
Is the game suitable for kids?
Yes! Each route has a FAMILY version, where the content is tailored for younger players.
On top of that, there are special challenges just for kids – like searching for hidden animal tracks or solving puzzles with secrets and tasks made specifically for them.
How difficult are the puzzles?
The puzzles are designed to be fun, not frustrating. They call for a bit of observation and teamwork, but nothing too tricky – adults and older kids will handle them just fine. And don’t worry: if you ever get stuck, hints are available. So you’ll never be stuck in one spot for too long.
How many people can play together?
For the best experience, we recommend up to 5 people per device. If you're a larger group, it's a good idea to get extra access codes and play on multiple devices at the same time.

Do we pick up where we left off after a break?
Yes! The app automatically remembers your last location.
No matter how long your break is – or even if you switch to a different device – you’ll always jump back in exactly where you left off.
How much time do we have to explore?
It’s totally up to you! You set the pace and take breaks whenever you like.
The game-guide stays active for 5 days after you start it, so you can explore whenever it suits you – no rush, no pressure. You’ve got plenty of time to complete the adventure at your own rhythm.
